CHRISTINE GOULD
IIDA, NCIDQ
Christine earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts at Harrington Institute of Interior Design and spent 13 years working in commercial interiors in the Chicago market before transitioning to an A+D Representative position with a furniture manufacturer. In her current role, she leads the A&D in-market initiatives at Kimball International to help support, inspire and build relationships and brand equity within the design community.
She is NCIDQ Certified, a LEED AP Professional and enjoys giving back to the profession through her involvement as the President Elect for the IIDA Illinois Chapter.
ERIN JENNINGS
IIDA, AIA, NCIDQ, NCARB
Erin Jennings, IIDA, AIA, NCIDQ, NCARB, is a Principal at Luminaut, where she blends aesthetics with functionality to create impactful, award-winning designs in education and community spaces. Her leadership and interdisciplinary approach influence both projects and people, driven by a deep commitment to user experience. Erin actively contributes to the design industry through national board roles, advocacy, and public protection efforts, including serving as Immediate Past President of CIDQ. A passionate mentor and Adjunct Instructor at Ball State University, she champions the collaboration between architecture and interior design to enrich learning environments and elevate the human experience.
TARA McCRACKIN
M.Ed, IIDA, NCIDQ
Tara has blended her passion for design and education throughout her career. After years in corporate workplace design and serving in leadership roles with IIDA and local boards, she became a full-time educator in 2012. Her journey led to becoming President of Kendall College of Art and Design in 2019, where she championed students and community. In 2023, she was honored with two major awards for her leadership in higher education. Now retiring from academia, Tara sees design as her superpower—bringing problem-solving, connection, and leadership to everything she does.
